The store processes data only as necessary for checkout, customer support, delivery, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Scope of processing
Shopify handles checkout and payments; carriers and logistics providers process delivery information; MouJack OS handles shopping guidance, support cases and order work cards.
Full customer credit card details do not enter MouJack OS.
Member and referral data
MouJack OS stores member email addresses, order verification results, referral codes, reward ledgers and settlement status to determine first purchases and prevent self-referrals and refund abuse.
Human staff collect only necessary bank transfer information after a cash commission request passes risk review.
Rights and contact
To request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal data, include your order number and contact details that can verify your identity.
