Shipping and international delivery
We ship from Taiwan using tracked delivery. Final shipping charges, taxes and estimated arrival dates are shown at Shopify checkout.
Fulfillment process
Virtual employees first check payment, specifications, recipient details and customs information. Human staff complete picking, inspection, packing, labeling and carrier handoff.
After carrier handoff, the tracking number is recorded on the order and Shopify sends a shipping notification.
International taxes and duties
Duties and import charges depend on the destination, product classification and DDP/DAP terms shown at checkout.
If checkout does not indicate prepaid taxes, the recipient may need to pay them upon import.
